At Aaru Scents, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. Here's what you can expect when you place an order:
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders over $100 within Australia.
- Standard Shipping Fee: For orders below $100, a flat rate of $9.95 AUD applies.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
- Delivery Times: Depending on your location, deliveries typically take 3-7 business days within Australia. International shipping options are available at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Aaru Scents purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase.
Return Eligibility:
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as you received them.
- To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service at hello@aaruscents.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping address. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been completed.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange your product for a different scent, size, or another item, follow the return process above. Once your return is approved, we’ll issue store credit, which can be used to purchase the new item.
- In case of receiving a damaged product, contact our Customer Service within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
