Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Aaru Scents purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase.

Return Eligibility:

• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as you received them.
• To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service at hello@aaruscents.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping address. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been completed.

Exchanges:

• If you wish to exchange your product for a different scent, size, or another item, follow the return process above. Once your return is approved, we’ll issue store credit, which can be used to purchase the new item.
• In case of receiving a damaged product, contact our Customer Service within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
